As I am unable to remove garden waste, there must be a waste option provided: i.e, garden waste bin, compost bays or the client will dispose of the waste.
I must have access to a toilet, even if the client is not at home.
Side access or a key to the garden will need to be available; if not, and I am unable to access the garden upon arrival, the client will still be invoiced for the booking.
The garden must be free of pet waste, any rubbish, children’s toys and furniture that may obstruct or be a health and safety issue.
Tasks such as lawn mowing or hedge cutting can be provided, but the machinery will need to be provided by the client and in good, safe working order.
The client must inform me ahead of bookings of any pipework, irrigation and/or electric cables that may interfere with work areas.
Any watering between visits is solely the client’s responsibility.
Should any plants fail due to stress, pests, weather damage or drought, the client is responsible for replacing them.

The services provided are strictly within garden maintenance, which includes the following: weeding, plant care, planting, lawn mowing, hedge cutting, seasonal pruning, fruit and veg maintenance, watering, lawn care, propagation, mulching and power washing patios.
The services provided will be carried out within the time frame of the booking.
The services that are not included are: anything unrelated to garden maintenance, tasks that require chainsaw usage, large commercial spraying jobs and anything else that has not been mutually agreed on between both parties.

Bookings and enquiries can be made via WhatsApp messages or email.
Please note, my response hours are from 8:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday. I will respond as soon as I can.

Invoices will be issued after your booking, and must be paid within 7 days.
A polite reminder for payment will be sent on day 5, after the invoice is issued.
Should a payment be late, any future bookings will be paused, and an additional 8% fee, plus compensation will be added to the invoice for each day the payment is late.
All payments are to be received via bank transfer.
Charges may rise annually in line with inflation and the cost of living. Should an increase occur, it will take place in the new year, and clients will be informed in advance.

The client must give a 48-hour notice of cancellation.
If the client cancels the booking with less than 48 hours' notice, they will be invoiced as normal.
Should the client need to reschedule the booking, a charge will not be applied.
If I need to cancel or rearrange the booking, I will give as much notice as possible.

A full day is typically 8:30 - 15:00.
A half day is typically 8:30 - 12:00.
Hourly sessions can only be booked for a minimum of two hours.
An hourly session can be booked between 8:30 and 15:00, depending on availability.
Times may be adjusted due to weather conditions or for personal reasons, but the client will be informed at the earliest possibility.

I will inform the client of any pre-booked holiday that may conflict with bookings.
Should I need to take any leave with shorter notice, I will inform the client as soon as possible.

I am qualified in both PA1/6, but prefer to maintain an organic approach to weed and pest control (removing by hand/with tools or via biological alternatives such as nematodes).
It is a last resort to use chemicals to control weeds/pests, and I will only use small-scale products that are purchased for domestic use.
Any products must be stored appropriately by the client and are not my responsibility to maintain.
I will not use chemicals or non-biological products on edible produce.
It is the client’s responsibility to make it known of any edible produce they use in the garden.
